- Reservation: Reservation should be made through US Asia Business Forum (USABF). Complete information required of participant including address, telephone number, e-mail, fax, passport number, date of birth. Any reservation request after Dec 25, 2006 is subject to availability and price adjustment.
- Deposit: $3999 non-refundable deposit per person is required upon reservation.
- Payment: Return checks will be liable for $100 fee. All payments will be deposited into the USABF Account under California Law. Full payment is required by Dec 01, 2006.
- Taxes & Services: All rates quoted are inclusive of service charge. Should the government of “India” either increase or decrease the percentage of tax collected, we reserve the right to adjust the rates accordingly.
- Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation received after reservation, the deposit to be forfeited. Any cancellation received between Nov 03 and Nov 20, 2006 will be liable for a 20% cancellation charge. Any cancellation received between November 21 and December 19, 2006, will be liable for a 50% cancellation charge. Any cancellation received after December 20, 2006, will be liable for 100% cancellation charge.
- Price Adjustment: We reserve the right to adjust the listed prices at any time should there be a fluctuation in the exchange rate between the Indian Rupee and US Dollar or any increase imposed by suppliers such as airlines or hotels.
- Responsibility: All arrangements are subject to change. USABF, the travel agent and other organizers and supporters act solely as selling agents for suppliers, and/or their agents act only in capacity as an agent for the participant in all matters concerning hotel accommodations and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motor car, boat or by any other means, and as agents, hold themselves free from any responsibility for any damage, harm or loss occasioned from any cause whatsoever. USABF, the travel agent, other organizers and supporters and/or their agents will not be responsible for damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late trains, buses or planes, changes in departures or schedules, strikes or any other condition, nor will they be responsible for the loss of or damage to baggage or any of the participant’s belongings.
The responsibility of USABF is strictly limited. The suppliers providing travel service for USABF’s Mission programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of USABF. USABF is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and /or omissions of such suppliers or of any air carrier and/or cruise line or their respective employees, agent’s servants, or representatives, including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All Coupons, receipts, invoices and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers, air carriers, and/or cruise lines. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither USABF nor any representative shall be liable for any accident, injury, property damage, or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other travel services, or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond USABF’s control, including but not limited to, acts of terrorism war, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, or delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary or schedules. All pricing is subject to change. USABF reserves the right to correct promotional or pricing errors at any time, or increase the program price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfare, cruise fares, currency fluctuations, park fee increases, taxes or fuel surcharges. USABF reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any as its discretion. USABF and/or its tour director retain the right to terminate the participating (without refund) of any group member at their discretion, if such person’s health, actions or general deportment impede the operation of the tour and or/causes any hardship to the tour director and/or other tour members. In such case, there will be no refund to the tour member for the unused portion of the tour, and all additional expenses incurred, such as airline ticket change penalties, transfers to the airport etc., will be the sole responsibility of the tour member whose membership was terminated. USABF reserves the right to cancel or alter at its discretion and without notice, any tour or vacation including, but not limited to, change of dates, routing, change of hotels, meals, shows and/or sightseeing services of any itinerary and/or tour and/or vacation outlined in this flyer and/or brochure to fit schedule for whole group.
